Reuben Perin brings over 30 years of combined experience in architecture and construction. He began his career practicing architecture in San Francisco and Kansas City, contributing to a broad portfolio of residential and commercial developments. As a licensed Architect and General Contractor, Reuben has led complex design and master planning efforts for large-scale, community-driven projects.

Over time, he transitioned into the construction side of the industry, where he established a strong track record in preconstruction, project management, and business development. He served as a lead estimator and senior project manager for a prominent Midwest-based general contractor, driving successful outcomes across diverse project types.

Reuben holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from Rockhurst University. His combined expertise in design, construction management, and financial strategy led to the founding of Hawthorn Projects—a firm focused on delivering high-quality, client-centered construction solutions through an integrated, collaborative approach.
