Jerome Galba
Jerome Galba brings over 35 years of hands-on construction experience to Hawthorn Projects. He got his start as a carpenter and eventually ran his own successful carpentry company, giving him a strong foundation in both the trades and the business side of construction.
Over the years, Jerome moved up through the industry, taking on bigger roles and eventually traveling the country as a General Superintendent for a major national contractor, managing large-scale commercial jobs and leading field teams in markets across the US.
After making the move from Detroit to Kansas City, he broadened his work to include everything from multi-family and retail to medical, food service, and mixed-use developments. His background in project management and field operations gives him a well-rounded perspective and a sharp eye for getting things done right.
In 2015, Jerome teamed up with Reuben Perin to launch Hawthorn Projects, a modern, design-build general contracting firm. As co-founder, he leads day-to-day operations and makes sure every project runs smoothly, on time, on budget, and built to last.
