Initially practicing architecture in San Francisco and Kansas City, Reuben worked on both residential and commercial projects. He later transitioned to the construction side, developing his skills as a lead estimator, project manager, and business development leader for a larger mid-west based general contractor. With over twenty-five years of experience and a degree from Cornell, Reuben then teamed up to form Hawthorn Projects, LLC.
